11. No Refund Policy

All payments made for the use of the Services are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Services. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. However, we are not responsible if the person sending the funding or a user purchasing the services or products claims refunds via their financial institutions or disputes the transaction. We will process such claims accordingly.

12. Business Emporium

Conductor Depot offers a service called "Business Emporium" where users can buy or sell products and services. We charge a 10% convenience fee plus transaction handling charges on all transactions. The following products and services are allowed to be sold on our platform, provided they adhere to our standards and are legal:

    • Clothing and Accessories
    • Electronics and Gadgets
    • Books and Educational Materials
    • Home and Garden Items
    • Handmade Crafts
    • Legal Services
    • Fitness and Wellness Services
    • Digital Products (e.g., software, e-books)
    • Professional Services (e.g., consulting, freelance work)
  • Prohibited Products and Services:

    • Illegal drugs and substances
    • Firearms and weapons
    • Counterfeit goods
    • Adult content and services
    • Stolen property
    • Hazardous materials
    • Any other items prohibited by law

13. Fundings

We also offer a "Fundings" service where users can raise funds for noble causes. We charge the same 10% convenience fee on these transactions. The following are examples of acceptable fundraising causes:

    • Any cause that violates our standards or applicable laws

14. Your Earnings

Earnings from Business Emporium and Fundings services will be visible under the "Your Earnings" header and will be eligible for withdrawal. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed by our finance department or team and will be manually approved. If any misconduct is observed, our team may freeze your earnings and hold them until sufficient documentation requirements are fulfilled.

15. Modifications to the Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. We update the Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms. Visit our Terms and Conditions regularly to stay updated.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had regarding the Services.

We are not answerable to any user or business in any way. We can terminate, ban, or block any business, business page, or business admin with or without notice. We may or may not provide the reason for such action. We aim to keep Conductor Depot a safe and comfortable place for everyone.
